About Employee Health 360

Employee Health 360 is a UK-based proactive workplace health company built around a simple idea: we need to get better at recognising declining health before it becomes illness.

Rather than looking at health, stress, lifestyle and work as separate issues, EH360 takes a systems-led approach — bringing together information from different areas to build a more complete picture of what may be affecting an individual’s capacity to adapt, recover and function well.

For employers, that means moving the conversation further upstream: from managing sickness absence after someone becomes unwell, towards recognising the warning signs earlier and identifying where meaningful intervention may be possible.

Who We Are

Founded by Karen Simmons, an award-winning engineer, project manager and health & wellbeing practitioner, Employee Health 360 brings together systems thinking, workplace experience and an integrative approach to health.

Karen’s background in engineering and project management influences the way EH360 approaches health: complex problems rarely have a single cause, individual pieces of information rarely tell the whole story, and effective solutions begin with understanding how the parts interact.

EH360 works with organisations and individuals, drawing on appropriate specialist expertise where required.

What Makes Us Different?

Earlier, not later — EH360 is interested in what happens before someone becomes clearly unwell: the subtle changes that may occur before health problems result in sickness absence or significant loss of function.

Whole-person, systems-led thinking — Health doesn’t exist in separate boxes. We look for relationships between health, stress, lifestyle, working life and other relevant information rather than assuming one symptom has one cause.

Information with purpose — Assessments, biomarkers and physiological data are only useful if they help answer a meaningful question. We bring information together to identify patterns, priorities and areas worth exploring.

Individual first — Employees are people, not datasets. Individual health information remains appropriately confidential, while organisations receive the insight they need to understand workforce-level risks and opportunities.

Curious, but responsible — EH360 continues to explore emerging approaches and technologies that may help us recognise meaningful changes in health earlier and understand them more completely, while recognising the limits of the evidence and the importance of appropriate healthcare referral.

Every organisation is different. The first step is understanding the problem you’re trying to solve.
